Privacy notice

We collect as little personal data as a business-to-business service can, and we treat what we do collect the way we treat campaign data: compartmentalised, access-limited and deleted when its purpose ends.

Who we are.

White Label SEO Company provides link building fulfilment to marketing agencies. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. Contact for anything privacy-related: info@whitelabelseocompany.co.uk. We are a business-to-business service and do not offer services to consumers.

What we collect, and why.

Correspondence data: your name, work email address and the content of emails you send us. We use it to answer you, negotiate and operate an engagement. The lawful basis is legitimate interest before a contract exists, and performance of a contract once one does.

Campaign data: information agencies supply about their end clients, such as websites, target pages and briefing notes, plus contact details of journalists and editors we approach in the course of outreach, used under legitimate interest for the purpose of that outreach. Billing data: invoicing details kept because tax law requires it, under legal obligation.

This website sets no analytics cookies and runs no tracking scripts. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security purposes.

How data is held.

Each agency's data sits in its own campaign file, accessible only to the people working that account. One agency's data is never used to inform another agency's work. We do not sell personal data, and we share it only with the processors needed to run the service, such as email and document hosting, under their own UK GDPR-compliant terms.

How long we keep it.

Correspondence is kept while an enquiry or engagement is live and for up to two years after it closes, in case a discussion resumes. Campaign files are archived at the end of an engagement and deleted in full on written request. Invoicing records are kept for six years as UK tax law requires.

Your rights.

Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion where no legal duty requires retention, restriction or objection to processing, and a portable copy of data you supplied. Email info@whitelabelseocompany.co.uk and we will respond within one calendar month.

If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to fix the problem first, but that is your call, not ours.

Changes.

If this notice changes in any meaningful way, the updated version appears here with a revised date. Last updated: July 2026.
