Provider FAQ: the questions agencies ask before working with us

This provider FAQ collects the questions agencies actually send us, answered the way we answer them by email: directly, with numbers where numbers exist, and with an honest no where the answer is no. If yours is missing, send it, and we will answer it the same way within one business day.

  • Ten questions, answered plainly
  • Numbers included where they exist
  • Honest answers include the word no

How to read these answers.

A provider FAQ tells you more about a fulfilment company than its homepage does, because questions force specifics. We have kept the answers short and checkable: where an answer references a rate, a timescale or a policy, the detail is published on the rate card, the process and quality control pages rather than existing only here. If you are comparing several suppliers, this provider FAQ doubles as a checklist of what to ask the others.

Two answers below are the word no. We have left them in because a white label SEO company that never says no is describing a service that does not exist.

The questions

Where do the links come from?

From PR-style outreach to real publications and news sites in the DA and DR 40 to 95 range. We pitch journalists and editors a story or expert comment featuring your client, and the link sits inside the piece they choose to run. Blog networks built to sell placements, bulk marketplaces and paid directories are excluded in writing.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No. Rankings depend on the client's site, their competition and the search engines themselves, none of which we control. We commit to what we do control: the sourcing standard, the QA checks on every link, the delivery cadence and the replacement cover.

Can you guarantee placement on a specific publication?

No. Editors decide what they publish, and any provider promising a named publication is either paying for inventory or overpromising. We can tell you the kinds of publications campaigns typically reach: recent placements have landed on titles such as the Daily Mail, Metro and The Independent. The pilot month lets you see real results before committing.

Who writes the content for the placements?

We do. Each piece is written to the standards of the publication running it, fact-checked by a person, and accepted by that publication's editor. Content is included in the per-link rate; it is never a separate charge.

Will anyone be able to tell we outsource?

Not from our side. Reports are unbranded or carry your logo, we never contact your clients, we sign an NDA before data moves, and we publish no agency names or logos anywhere. The mechanics are described in full under client confidentiality.

How quickly do links go live?

First placements typically land inside the first two to three weeks, with the remainder completing progressively through the month. Links are never held back to arrive as a month-end batch.

What happens if a link is removed?

Any link removed within 90 days of going live is replaced at no charge. Removals are rare because placements sit inside pieces the publication wanted to run, but the cover is written into our terms rather than offered verbally.

What do you need from us to start?

A signed brief per client: the site, target pages, topics the client can credibly speak about, and anything off limits. We return an anchor plan and questions within one business day, and prospecting starts once you sign the brief off.

How does billing work?

Monthly invoicing in pounds sterling on 14-day terms, priced per link: £400 at five links a month, £350 at ten, £325 at twenty, VAT on top. No setup fee, no minimum term, and either side can change volume or stop with 30 days written notice.

Do you offer other SEO services, like technical or on-page work?

No. Our fulfilment is link building through outreach, and we would rather be precise about that than broad. Agencies pair us with their own on-page and technical delivery, which stays entirely under their control.

Ask the question that is not here.

Unusual client, awkward niche, complicated volume: send it over and get a straight answer within one business day.
